Who is Frank J. Rumbauskas Jr.?

Frank J. Rumbauskas Jr. is a bestselling author and highly sought-after speaker, but that wasn’t always the case. He started out in sales as a miserable failure, going from job to job, unable to make his numbers despite following orders to make at least 50 cold calls per day and frequently over 100. Over time he realized that the answer wasn’t to increase his activity. It was to change his activity to something that would work, because cold calling is dead in our modern-day economy and does not generate the results it once did. Frank was baffled as to why his managers insisted he do it, and he set out to find alternatives on his own.
